( I didnt feel like writing all my problems so i just copy and pasted ONE of many emails i sent them) I've been having lots of problems with u guys. U can probably check my older emails to see some of the problems.

I was double charged one month.. I was charged for two kyrocera hydro's when I ordered one .

Well my problem now is that I had an problem when I ordered my last 2 devices the lg gpad and the hydro. They were sent to indiana were my device that I ordered last year..

The optimus was sent to. I specifically stated for them to be sent to my address in Hawaii ..instead they were sent to Indiana..After my lg gpad was sent to Indiana ..I called and emailed FreedomPop to make sure my kyrocera hydro wasn't going to Indiana.. They assured me it was coming to Hawaii.. But it went to Indiana..

Problem with that is my mom is elderly. She had to get up go to the post office.. Not once but twice to mail the phone and the tablet to me. She had to PAY for shipping ..that's y I ordered the phone ..it was free shipping..

U guys never said a sincere sorry or credited something to my account for that mistake ..that's really poor customer service.. My complaint this time is by the time I received my kyrocera hydro..it was 13 days into the trial period and when I received my lg gpad.. It was about 18 days into my trial period.. I called FreedomPop and spoke with a representative..

Which transferred me to another one . I explained that my trial period is almost over and I just received my phones. The representative told me NO Problem.. Just call in when my gets cut off at the end of the trial period let the CSR know what was going on and they will immediately restore my service..

I asked would there be any problems.. She said NO . she us going to leave a note on my account to activate my phone when i call in because of the situation about my phone being received late..I asked her again are u sure ..no problems because I don't want to call in and have trouble.. She said it again no problems they will activate my phone immediately when I call

Well I called this morning ..now I was told I have to pay the bill and then will refund my money to me.

That was not part of the deal.

I shouldn't have to pay up front and wait for a refund for my hard earned money .. Maybe you guys should play the tape back from when I called ..this is really ridiculous and misleading.
