In just a few words, Stay away from Freedom Pop. * Usage charges are excessive. * Customer service and tech support are virtually non-existent. An automated run around. * Spent four (4) hours with tech support (in India) before they figured out that service was blacked out in Philadelphia. * I have not had any internet service for three days! * Their tech support and customer service are CLOSED on week-ends.
