They are so disorganized and, to exemplify it, they had five different fees to buy the SIM card. They also cannot get straight shipping fees for the items, porting fees, and, somehow, they tell you that your monthly rate will be a certain amount but that you have to do things on your account to keep it that rate every month.

.01 Sim card

The social media and telephone call center employees do not understand their own product, let alone they do not know their own pricing. Although I did read reviews prior to my contacting them, I couldn't believe that any company would be so awful in its own management... now that I have experienced it firsthand, and those reviews are quite in line with what I experienced, I believe wholeheartedly that this company does frustrate a lot of people and many people have billing issues not because of customer confusion but because the company has bad business practices. Directly, I asked three employees on the sales team to tell me what it was going to cost to move my four cell phones over to a family plan.

Only one even came up with a price and that was higher by a factor of over $30 than their online price. On the individual pricing Pages, they had graphics indicating there was free shipping, 99 cent SIM cards and other specials including free service with low caps. There was no way to actually get those prices. They even directed me to a third party, Best Buy, telling me that the SIM cards were $0.99 there.

Well, they weren't. They were $4.99 and there was a shipping fee of $5.49. Incredulous is a gentle term for this company. Just be aware that there are a lot of reviews out there and the negative ones line right up with my personal experience.

I'm sure the occasional good experience happens, I just believe that it is in a minority of cases and it is usually with somebody who does not pay attention to things closely.

Not only have I read online from third parties that this company we'll try to upsell you continuously, I believe that I read and I know I heard from a sales rep, that the automatic billing will change on you and you have to monitor it and make sure you select the plan you want on a monthly basis. How can one tolerate that from a business?
