I updated my SIM card because FreedomPop sent me an email to upgrade it for free. Instead of charging me just the 99 cents for shipping a new card, they charged me an additional $5 because they say it's a new account that I must have a $5 balance in case I go over the data limit when I do not USE any data in the first place - AND WHEN IT IS AN ALREADY existing account!
So I am being forced to report it a fraudulent charge to my credit union.
They will not even let me talk to someone at FreedomPop unless I pay $5.99 per month just to complain. To charge someone to report a CRIME makes it even more a fraudulent service.
