Freedompop - Very Disappointing

Today I cancelled a voice plan with Freedompop that I don't believe I signed up for. Yet I was billed for it for a number of months. Also, I tried very much in vain both to contact someone by phone without paying, and to "submit a ticket" from the support site. It seems virtually impossible to speak with a real person without being billed $5.95. On the support website, you can supposedly “submit a ticket”. Doing so requires your FreedomPop email and password. I tried this probably 10 times in 2 different browsers. Very embarrassing for a technology company. Very frustrating!! I would like to speak with someone having the authority to refund charges to me for services never used. I can't say I'm optimistic about being able to.

Freedompop - Scammed on SIM card

Bought a $50 sim card for a one year plan for use in a hotspot . Packaging says it is compatible with most android devices. When i called to find out why my device didnt recognize the sim card was told it is only for phones. You have to open the packaging to get contact info, which makes the card unreturnable. NOWHERE does the packaging indicate it for phones only, nor does it give info about compatability. Customer service is marginal at best, rude at worst

Freedompop - Scam - Force Customer to Use Expensive Plans and No Refund

FreedomPop refused to refund me the amounts they charged me for plan and service I did not use or intended to use. I was told by the customer service representative CarlosG that since the charges were made before I downgraded the plan, even though they took place 2 days ago or on the same day when I asked for refund, even though I never used the service, FreedomPop does not do refund. That is outrageous! That only means that FreedomPop is luring in customers and then forcing them to pay more.

Had FreedomPop for a while and I'm having trouble logging into my account every time I put the information in it sends me back to the login page. I'm just trying to find out why there are four pending

I received for pending charges on my charge account but I haven't done any business with them. When I try to contact them the login page will not accept my information what can I do?

Freedompop - Absolute crap

Paid for a month as they do not actually offer free internet, there are hidden charges you have to pay everywhere. Got 5 days of internet and no internet the rest of the month. Total scam.

I tried to use the FreedomPop service

Used FreedomPop didn't work all apps don't work What a ripp switched to lte 200 the freebie and they Still billed my card twice tried to call them to resolve The issue and found out they charge 5.00 to talk to A live customer service representative *** so I Called my card and disputed the charges as long as they Have your numbers they can still keep billing you!

Freedompop - Deceiving tactics. Constant overcharging. Terrible service.

Constant unauthorized charges to my credit card. Have made several demands to cancel service. Customer service will not speak on the phone unless you're upgrading your "service". Attempts to contact customer service are responded to with generic links to it's FAQs that don't answer any of my questions or concerns.

Yes they do. Same happen to me. Plus, the shipping & handling is way more than what they spend to ship the items to customers. I have them under investigation.
