Freedompop won't give me my PAC number in compliance with English coms regulations.
I need it to move to a new service provider (carrier).
I've been emailing them for 3days. Under regulations they have only 2days to provide it.
I gave up and phoned them today. Under regulations they are supposed to provide It immediately on phoning them.
They said I'd have to wait 24-48hrs.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Call the Utilities Commission, cell phone service is considered a utility and they can get you better results than the better business bureau. If they have failed to follow the laws of the place they provide service they can be fined, investigated and even shut down for failure to follow code.
