We had 5 accounts and lots of problems. The call quality has gotten better over time, but there are times when it won't work at all and was basically forced to upgrade to their premium calling to get any type of reception. Texts sometimes go through, sometimes take days to go through, and sometimes don't go through at all. But you can't tell they don't get through, so I was getting mad at my kids for ignoring my texts when they never even got...

FreedomPop's website is a disaster. FreedomPop support - oh they'll get back to you via email within a couple of days. No Phone Support. Some support techs are ok - others dismal. Once the initial setup issues were resolved, call quality with the Free Service was just too poor to live with. Upgraded to the Premium Call service for 7.99 a month - acceptable call quality and only occasionally faulty cell service. Phone died a few months after...

They have the worst customer service ever .This company will keep charging you money till you see it.. If uou file a dispute they will just disconnect your services without any notifications according to their " company policy " . They even keep charging you after they have disconnected your services and worst part getting in touch with them... People always say that there has to be catch when they give u free service , well there is one, they...

At the present time I have cancelled my account, lost my phone number and cant get them to unlock my I bought from them! This is the worst experience I've ever had. The free service is awful and undependable. The paid service isnt any better. No free phone support and often dont even answer question and support help. Now I cant even get them to unlock the phone I bought from them. I wouldn't ever do business with them again. You spend most of the...

No Service with Freedompop
Mifi service stopped. Website usage data page displays error: "...popped your bubble...". No response to my trouble tickets. Their phone service hours are 9-5, obviously not customer focused. They keep charging me $15 each month for some unknown reason. Probably because the auto-top-up feature was reset from my original selection. This was changed from what I selected...somewhat nefarious. Thinking about switching to a better service, like...

I also bought a hub burst for $99.It never worked in my. Area because it was wimax. I didnt get a refund or offer of any kind. Thats just wrong . Now hub burst is useless to everybody no wimax anymore. What are people suppose to do?? I also bought a new htc freedom pop phone. It got hot enough you couldnt hold it. No refund. Freedom pop took me for nearly $200!!They should be under a class action lawsuit for not caring about customers.

They had screwed up and created two accounts for my wife, so we had to get both of them canceled. Finally both accounts and three phones (one did not exist) were deactivated and canceled. That was a year ago. Now, a year later, FreedomPop suddenly reappears and says my account was never canceled and takes $132 from my account. I argued with them on the phone after finally finding a phone number through Google. They agreed to refund $119 of the...

A mysterious charge appeared on my Amex account this month for $110 from FreedomPop. I signed up for this service three years ago and made my last attempted call almost two years ago. The Sprint service was so poor that I discontinued the service. The phone has been deactivated for almost two years, has no service and my FreedomPop account shows no active devices. I had to find and recharge a dead phone to even find an associated number to...
