I had two lines with them and the phones were awful so i requested new phones, i received one a month later! By that time i had already went with another phone company (Boost) and sent the phones for a refund.

It has been two months and no refund! I have called to check status of refund and cannot get through because i no longer have an account number! I finally reach a human being at the sales department and they transferred me to the same start up menu, 11 times i had been transferred before i called it quits for the day. I submitted a ticket online and was told 48 hours before someone will get back to me.

Completed disgusted with their customer service and the phone company has the worst phones they don't even work.

That puts me out $240.00!! Pretty much i sent the phones for a refund and it was within the 90 day return policy (34 days to be exact!) i was given yet you can't speak to anyone in regards to your refund.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Deception and refusing to pay my refund, Disgraceful, Worst customer service, Automated system is awful, Cannot speak with live person.
