Over 2 months ago, I purchased a FreedomPOP mobile hot spot and paid an activation fee.When I received it, it was not activated as it should have been.

I contacted Freedompop who told me that it had not been completely activated and they would get it done. About a week later, when I contacted them again because I still had no service, they told me that they had got it approved to replace the sim card. A couple of weeks and many emails later, I was told that the sim cards were back ordered.

It has now been over 2 months, the sim card has never been replaced, and the device has still never been activated.The only response I can get from "customer service" is that "we'll check into it" and of course, I never hear from them again.
