I ordered a Freedompop phone over 3 months ago and they still haven't shipped my phone to me. They have escalated the issue twice and told me that there is nothing that they can do.

They offered no solutions. It seems hopeless at this point. I wonder if it's because I'm paying for a yearly plan? It's a very bad company that obviously tries to scam people.

It's not fair. It's very hard to reach them and they don't seem interested in helping me.

I will keep calling and hopefully they will send me my phone eventually since I did pay for it and the yearly service. I don't understand how they get away with this?
