This company took my money, but did not provide the service for which I paid. It took a month of almost daily emails with customer service for them to finally decide they had sold me a faulty device.

They refused to provide any refund for the lost data. AWFUL!!! I paid for premium 5gb at $49.98. My account still shows 98% data unused after a month.

I can't use it because the device is faulty. I couldn't possibly use the data I paid for because the device says NO SERVICE.

That's about the only thing they got right - they provide NO SERVICE, mobile wifi or otherwise!!! Don't make the same mistake I did in trusting them.
