they stopped the call tech support for the customer with the "free 500M" plan which we actually paid for with the price of the phone initially... total discrimination against the customers using this.
it is a scam to force you to buy the premium package. the support instruction is flawed with conflicting information such as : is the carrier reset ##72786# or ##25327# for Android phone? The phone is totally messed up after the prl and profile update.. used to be able have the web connection, but now it is totally not working ...followed every steps in the help instructions but still can not make it work ....
is this the plan trying to push customers to pay for the premium?? make/force it difficult for the tech services via email so prompts you to buy/pay extra for the premium ?
