Resolved: Freedompop - Zero customer support so they just keep taking your money
This has since been resolved and the team were very good about it.
FreedomPop have now contacted me to resolve this issue so I'm working with them on it. They have told me they will issue the refunds due, in which case I will be fully satisfied.
There is literally no way to get any resolution from FreedomPop. I am owed a refund in excess of $150, yet the only way to get any kind of response is to reach out via iMessenger.
After DAYS, a response comes but with each new response, seemingly a new person (or exceptionally shady person) as the query always starts back at the very beginning so any "progress" is moot and money is still being extracted from your account.
Honestly the most appalling service ever encountered and that's really saying something in NYC. I'm currently seeking legal action because I really don't have 12 spare hours a day to continually contact these clowns.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
